I woke in the early morning from a dream that showed me how to walk away from burdens that aren't mine to carry. When I first woke up, I was really uncomfortable, but it's the extreme discomfort that let me know the dream wasn't a dream at all, but a message from my soul.

Listen as I explain how I walked back through the dream to extract the message from my soul, which then allowed me to gain a greater understanding of consciousness and how we've been taught to carry burdens that aren't ours.
