They get honest about what it actually costs to scale an aesthetics business in San Antonio.</p><p>Desiree spent almost 10 years in corporate leadership at USAA, managing 18 employees. For over three years she worked 40+ hours a week, then treated spa clients from 6 to 9 PM on weeknights and ran straight through her weekends. She talks about family doubts, startup debt, finishing her master's, and the support that got her to full time.</p><p>Valerie left corporate aesthetics roles at Anastasia Beverly Hills and Sono Bello. The sales quotas pushed packages over client care, and she was done. She is now in nursing school to become an aesthetic nurse injector at Haus of Bella.
