New rules on repairs and 'Economic Fury'!

New EU rules come into force today to encourage people to repair rather than replace broken appliances. Work and Technology correspondent, Brian O'Donovan joins host Karen Creed to explain how the new rules work and the types of devices that are covered under the new system.
