Paul Marzello explains opposition to Seneca gas station project

Paul Marzello is one stake holder in Buffalo's Old First Ward that is rallying against a Seneca One Stop gas station being built on Buffalo's waterfront near River Fest Park. He tells us the project goes against plans for the area that were drawn up in 2013.
