Silent Sins | The Sins We Commit by NOT Doing

When we think about sin, we usually think about the things we shouldn't do—lying, stealing, adultery, murder, and other obvious sins. But what about the sins we commit by doing... nothing?

In James 4:17, we're reminded that "if anyone knows the good they ought to do and doesn't do it, it is sin for them." This message explores the often-overlooked sins of omission—failing to share the Gospel, refusing to forgive, neglecting prayer, and ignoring the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Following Jesus isn't just about avoiding evil; it's about actively obeying what God has called us to do. Join us as we discover how silent sins can quietly hinder our relationship with Christ and how God calls us back to a life of faithful obedience.

Scripture: James 4:17

Thank you for listening!
