Deputy Dawg (Part 1 of 2)

Deputy Dawg was a Terrytoon Cartoon character, a company based in New Rochelle, New York, until 1972. He was originally developed to be a character on the Captain Kangaroo Show, but was instead developed as a separate series. Deputy Dawg ran from 1960 to 1964, with the title character being a deputy in Florida, Mississippi, and Tennessee as the show progressed.
