George Tsakraklides is an author, Substack writer, and interdisciplinary commentator with an educational background spanning molecular biology, chemistry, food sciences, and Earth sciences, alongside two decades of experience in corporate data analytics and marketing. He has authored numerous works of non-fiction, fiction, and poetry—including The Biology of Collapse: Lessons from Nature on Growth, Power, Extinction and Rebirth, Beyond the Petri Dish, The Unhappiness Machine, and Frankenpolitics.
His core perspective draws direct parallels between natural biological systems and human socioeconomic structures. He heavily critiques endless economic growth as an unsustainable, terminal pathology, while frequently challenging mainstream political reform and the efficacy of traditional technological mitigation strategies.
