Judge Gives Clancy Trial One More Hour Before Declaring Mistrial

As today's show begins, we are following breaking news on the murder trial of Lindsay Clancy, the mother accused of strangling her three young children to death in 2023. After seven days of deliberations, the jury says it still cannot reach a unanimous verdict, forcing the judge to declare a mistrial. But he put that decision on hold for one hour to give the defense time to make an emergency appeal for a stay.
