190. Why Are Tech Billionaires Moving to Argentina? w/ Marianela Pereyra

They fear global systemic collapse, and don&#39;t believe in borders or nation states like us peasants. </p><p>We start today’s episode with some negligible Argentine world cup controversy, then move onto its idiotically colorful anarcho-capitalist president, Javier Milei and his notorious allegiances to both the state of Israel and trans-national tech billionaires like Peter Thiel. The US government wants to use the right-wing government of Argentina to serve as a mini Israel in the region - a bulwark against any left-wing movements in Latin America in order to bring it under the complete influence of the US and Israel.
