Reacting to the New Michelin Guide Selections for 2026

In this episode I react to the newly selected Michelin starred restaurants in Las Vegas. I also explain what each star means and why the list seems plain and safe but what Michelin is actually doing with their first selections in over 15 years. We'll also go down the list of Bibb Gourmand which are the restaurants that are on the cusp of gaining a star next year.
