Then it's the Statehouse stack DeWine just signed. HB 170 sets Ohio's rulebook for pumping CO2 thousands of feet underground — including the 70% landowner threshold that can force the other 30%. SB 276 started as a school-psychologist compact and became a Christmas tree, with the "success sequence" (graduate, get a job, marry before kids) slipped in. HB 377 spends General Assembly time on laser hair removal.
