TD Joe Cooney On Fine Gael Think-In

Fine Gael TD's and Senators have gathered in Wexford for their annual Think-In, with Budget 2027, the cost of living, housing and public services high on the agenda ahead of the return of the Dáil next week.

The party is promising to reward hard work and reduce household costs, while also increasing supports for older people, carers and people with disabilities.

But there are differences emerging within the coalition, and the latest opinion poll has Fine Gael slipping behind Sinn Féin.
