This will change the way you think about mental load - with Professor Leah Ruppanner
Professor Leah Ruppanner is a Professor of Sociology at the University of Melbourne and author of the book ‘Drained: Reduce Your Mental Load to Do Less and Be More’. You might recognise Leah’s name from when we had her on the podcast last year speaking about traditional gender roles and the manosphere (link below if you missed it!).
This week Leah is back to speak about the mental load. We all think we know what the mental load is but in this conversation, Leah describes to Laura the 8 different types of mental load that we could be carrying at any one time, as well as recognising where your mental load energy is being spent, and how to better distribute this energy.
If you’re currently drowning in the mental load, we hope this episode helps you.
