We discuss that, as well as the iconic Prefontaine Classic in Oregon where Cam Myers became the first Aussie to win the 1,500m plus plenty more of the favourites.</p><p>We’re also joined for the full episode by special guest, Cougar Lutze. Cougar left a career in architecture in Australia to move to Africa to build <a href="https://www.instagram.com/yara_academy_/" target="_blank" rel="ugc noopener noreferrer">Yara Academy</a>, a youth academy for running and academics in Tanzania - the first of its kind.
