<p>On today’s Off the Floor, we talk to New York State Assemblymember Karines Reyes of District 87 in the Bronx. A proud Dominican-American, Karines has been pushing for legislation to protect immigrants from ICE and unlawful deportations through the New York for All Act. Her background as a registered oncology nurse has also factored into her political work, as she pushes for bills expanding access to nutritional information in our food...now if only she could find a way to eat healthy during session in Albany.</p>
