Solo ep - The power of encouragement, helping kids step outside their comfort zone

As parents, it's tempting to step back when our children seem reluctant to try something new.

But sometimes they don't need us to stop encouraging them.

They need us to keep believing in them until they believe in themselves.

This week, I'm sharing a moment with my son Charlie that reminded me how powerful gentle persistence can be.
