The driver refused to give his name, said he had no insurance, offered $300 cash to make it go away, and then tried to physically rub the scratches off the car with his bare hand and T-shirt before fleeing the scene. CBS Colorado broke the story after a source confirmed the driver appears to be Barry Morphew.
