Additionally, Stephanie is a yoga teacher with advanced certifications in yoga for athletes, Yoga For All, and Empowered Wisdom Yoga Nidra. Stephanie believes that to be a runner is to believe in your possibility as a human through movement. She has been running for over 15 years and is currently focused on volunteer coaching through Richmond Road Runners Club and Girls on the Run while advocating for greater representation and inclusion within the running community.
