Additionally, Stephanie is a yoga teacher with advanced certifications in yoga for athletes, Yoga For All, and Empowered Wisdom Yoga Nidra. Stephanie believes that to be a runner is to believe in your possibility as a human through movement. She believes running is for everyone and is passionate about creating an inclusive, supportive environment where runners of all abilities can build confidence, consistency, and a lifelong love of the sport through evidence-based training. She enjoys helping athletes pursue their goals through individualized coaching that meets them where they are.
