Why Does Hashem Trick Idolaters?

<p><br></p><p>Rashi tells us that Hashem tricks idolaters to worship the heavenly bodies (Devarim 4:19) and Baal Tzefon (Shmos 14:2). Why would He do this? It doesn’t seem just. </p>
