This week, Hussein talks to reporter and editor Sasha Baker, about their recent investigation into the anonymous X accounts that seem to be informing and directing the UK’s approach to housing asylum seekers and refugees.

Sasha talks about the accounts that have direct communications access to senior Members of Parliament, and use it to disrupt official channels of communication online.

Sasha also explains how a broken internet and siloed online platforms make it much harder to stop targeted misinformation, and what governments can do in order prevent weaponised posts targeting society’s most vulnerable people.
