Caveni Wong is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Principle Compliance, a consultancy that helps organizations build ethics and compliance programs employees actually follow.

A Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) with 20 years of experience, Caveni brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution to every engagement. She has successfully delivered compliance programs and initiatives such as Codes of Conduct, training, and speak-up programs across industries, including real estate, apparel, advertising, manufacturing and government contractors, and across organizations of all sizes.

Before launching Principle Compliance, Caveni served as Regional Ethics & Compliance Director at Dentsu Group, where she led compliance across the Americas and transformed a training-only function into a comprehensive, high-performing program. Her experience as a change management consultant at EY and MBA from Duke University equip her to build programs that work in practice by integrating culture, leadership, and the human side of compliance.
