This episode, Rich and Gav talk to Christine Palmer about how she suffered from physical, sexual, and emotional abuse as a child. Christine bravely opens up about her traumatic childhood experiences and how the people close to her (and those in authority) let her down. This is a truly sad, emotional, but uplifting story where Christine talks of how her own traumatic experiences have shaped her to become the person and mum that she is today, and that even though she experienced the darkest of times she still found the strength to come out the other side.
