Orville Peck's "Pony" (2019)
<p>The show that talks about stuff on purpose has returned with a brand-new episode where we discuss an album that was released in 2019! Remember 2019? Those innocent days before a pandemic that broke the world and drove half of us insane. Orville Peck, everybody's favorite mask-wearing surrealist neo-country artist, released his debut album, <a href="https://orvillepeck.bandcamp.com/album/pony" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferer"><em><strong>Pony</strong></em></a>, back in 2019, and six years later we're finally talking about it. </p><p>To be fair, <a href="https://trapposhow.blogspot.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferer"><em><strong>TRAPPO</strong></em></a> didn't exist back in 2019, so discussing <a href="https://orvillepeck.bandcamp.com/album/pony" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferer"><em><strong>Pony</strong></em></a> when it was originally released was technically impossible. On this chilly December day, <a href="https://trapposhow.blogspot.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferer"><em><strong>TRAPPO</strong></em></a> corrects that cosmic error as we have a lively discussion regarding the work of Orville Peck, Truman Capote's In Cold Blood, Mutant Disco, and a whole bunch of other stuff. </p><p>Enjoy it if you can. </p><p>(There are some annoying audio issues with this recording that cannot be corrected, so be warned)</p><p>Listen to Orville Peck's <a href="https://orvillepeck.bandcamp.com/album/pony" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferer"><em><strong>Pony</strong></em></a> by<a href="https://orvillepeck.bandcamp.com/album/pony" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferer"><em><strong> CLICKING HERE</strong></em></a></p><p>We appreciate feedback.
