<p>This week, Huw talks about being just days out from his biggest mountain adventure yet. Alice has a situation developing at parkrun: a topless, Scandinavian-looking stranger who&#39;s been quietly clocking her splits for months, and has just started acting on it. We get into two listener questions this week. First, whether to run with headphones in.
