The Consequences of Defiance (DS9 S4 : E24 "The Quickening")

We see the dire result of the Dominion making an example of a whole planet as we review "The Quickening"! When Julian goes into a wrecked planet with a genetic plague, he expects to have it all wrapped up in a week or two like every other Starfleet doctor-wizard. However, when things don't go accoring to plan, we get a deep story about arrogance, nobility in suffering, and the dread of what fate the Federation could meet.
