#35 Chat with Joy + Ruth The gym isn't a scary place anymore

<p>Absolutely loved this chat with Joy &amp; Ruth. Both 1:1 Clients of mine, both in their 40&#39;s &amp; both wanted to get into strength training. The gym was a scary place to them but they had read strength training is what they need to, so this is when their enquires came. </p><p>We talk gym life, mumlife, school holidays, kids growing up, Ruth wanting a Nike Brand deal &amp; Joy now able to carry the Dog Food! </p><p>@katewrightpt</p>
