On this week’s show, we sit down in Saint Paul with the retiring Head of Minnesota’s fisheries Brad Parsons. We look back at some of the things Brad has done for Minnesota’s fishing over the years including the Mille Lacs crash and boom, the new age of technology in fishing and more. He also talks about some of the concerns and what’s in store for fishing in this state as far as the walleye limit, regulating technology like forward-facing sonar, fraud in Minnesota and more. Bret and Dan start the show talking about the recent duck population survey that came out and how close we may be to a 30 day duck season here in Minnesota.
