You Mess It Up, You Clean It Up

I had some time to kill this morning so I decided to walk around Target for a few minutes, just to see what they had. I had to leave after about 15 minutes because the entire store was in such disarray my brain could not handle it. Have you noticed more and more places are messy and feel neglected rather than neat and tidy?
