Tomer Botner Calls In!!!

I’m back from another amazing trip from Barcelona teaching a workshop with my brother Tomer Botner from Florentine Kitchen Knives. We had a fantastic time with the students as it’s a different style of class structure. Tomer called in to recap the workshop and all the aspects of making people who have never made knives before get the experience of what it takes to bring one home. Every part was exciting and we talk about the sharpening process that each student got a lot out of. We talked about his local collaborators like Chef Borja and his Tattooist Roger. We talked about what’s next for Florentine and even hit on the Knicks off season moves to hopefully get back to the NBA finals. Many thanks to my bro and his wonderful family and I can’t wait to see you all again
