House on Haunted Hill, eccentric amusement park tycoon Steven Price invites five strangers to an abandoned psychiatric institute for his wife Evelyn's birthday. He offers $1 million to each guest who survives the night, but the building's malevolent supernatural forces trap them and fight back.
