#122 Don’t Start Fires or Eat the Lettuce

<p>The guys kick things off talking about automated voices, “Mind the Gap,” John’s trip to Europe, YouTube video upload issues, listener feedback, and a shirt idea from friend of the show Leanne that might be the most John phrase ever put on fabric.</p><p><br></p><p>Then Jason throws out a listener question: if you could have a ridiculous superpower but could not profit from it, what would it be? Jason wants the ability to give bad drivers a slow tire leak, and John wants the power to shut off speakerphone conversations in public by thought alone.</p><p><br></p><p>From there, the episode jumps into Jason’s back injury, old-man body problems, painkillers and whiskey, North American wildfires, the Boundary Waters, Canada being on fire again, firefighters, National Guard support, fire safety, and why everyone needs to stop being dumb with campfires.</p><p><br></p><p>The guys also get into John’s Union Golf Tournament, Josh carrying the team, lost golf balls, John calling a guy a douchebag before realizing he worked with him, and the idea that “douchebag” might be North America’s version of the British “cunt.”</p><p><br></p><p>Then comes the food.
