Drama continues at the Lindsay Clancy trial. The jury returned to the courtroom without reaching a verdict, telling the judge they are deadlocked and unable to reach a unanimous decision on whether Clancy was in a state of post-partum psychosis when she strangled her three children. Police fatally shot a deranged woman in Times Square after she had just stabbed a 32-year-old woman to death.
