A former personal trainer turned Wim Hof Method coach, Daniel is passionate about helping others discover resilience and balance through holistic practices. Raised in Greenwood Lake and now based in Goshen, NY, he works with athletes, teams, and nonprofits—including Army West Point Wrestling and Guardian Revival—to enhance performance, wellness, and stress recovery.
