Navigating Conflict Collaboratively

<p>This month we had an inspiring conversation about addressing conflict. What does conflict transformation look like through a Microsolidarity lens? How do you turn conflict into a generative experience?</p><p><br>Sending out a big thanks to Caleb, Ondrej, James and Victor for sharing what&#39;s been going well and what still challenging about addressing conflict in their Microsolidarity-related projects (from NGO&#39;s to spiritual communities to partner relationships!). </p><p>We had a great jam around developing a culture of generative conflicts in a group and approaching difficult conversations.</p><p>We recommend listening in as we&#39;re sure it&#39;ll spark some new perspectives and ideas for you and your group/relationships - especially as we get to the wrap up at the end :)</p>
