BOMBSHELL: New reporting reveals Don Jr., a paid Kalshi adviser and owner of a financial stake in Polymarket, personally urged Republican attorneys general to back off regulating prediction markets as the Trump administration takes extraordinary steps to help the industry fight state oversight. Now a unanimous 9th Circuit panel of Trump-appointed judges has dealt Kalshi a major blow, ruling federal law likely does not override states’ power to regulate sports betting. Dina Doll reports.
