<p>It happens to everyone. There comes a time when you&#39;re doing something and it&#39;s just time to stop. Sometimes, you need to stop because what you&#39;re doing is bad for you in some way. Other times, you need to stop because you need a refresh or because continuing is just not worth the effort.</p><p><br></p><p>I have two of those latter things in my life. The first will affect this podcast. I love doing the podcast but after 167 episodes, I need to take a bit of a break to refresh and ensure that the podcast is doing what I want.
