<p>The United States of America turns 250 this year and for 250 years, it&#39;s been a beacon of liberty. It was exceptional at its founding and, through it&#39;s guaranteed rights, provided a place where a person could succeed no matter who their family was and without having to ask permission. America is not perfect and there are some who would ignore the &quot;unalianable right&quot; described in the Declaration of Independence and guaranteed by the Constitution to further their own ambitions.
