Taiwan Jones (former MSU and NYJ linebacker) joins the show and talks about his career from high-school QB/RB/S to leading the Michigan State Spartans to having two straight seasons being the best analytical defense in the country. He then talks about his NFL career with the New York Jets, and life after football where he has opened a gym in Michigan called “The Transformation Lab”.
