Kelly Lorenzen, PMP, is an award-winning serial entrepreneur and CEO of KLM Consulting, Marketing, and Management. With 20+ years of business ownership experience, she’s built and scaled multiple companies, including KLM, which has grown between 25% and 200% year-over-year. Kelly and her team of “business owner duplicates” provide both strategic consulting and hands-on implementation, stepping in as a fractional team so small and family-owned businesses can scale without chaos. She’s also an author, speaker, breast cancer survivor, wife, mom, philanthropist, and a fierce advocate for family-owned businesses. Having served on multiple nonprofit boards, Kelly brings a deep respect for mission-driven leadership and community impact. Her purpose is simple: give family businesses a real chance at success, so the next generation can choose entrepreneurship with confidence.
