Alberta Independence: The 214-Page Transition Plan They Said Didn’t Exist

<p>They told Albertans there was no plan. They said independence would destroy our pensions, collapse health care, kill trade and leave us without a functioning country.</p><p>Now the Alberta Transition Council has released a 214-page transition plan that takes those arguments head-on.</p><p>In this episode, I break down what the document actually says about the legal path to independence, CPP, banking, currency, trade, citizenship, health care, First Nations and treaties. I also explain what the plan answers well, what would still have to be negotiated and why October 19 matters.</p><p>This is not another slogan.
