When the Name Becomes Our Life

“It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me.”

Over these past conferences we have spoken of receiving the holy Name, guarding the heart, and learning to stand before God with a broken spirit.

All of these are necessary.

Yet none of them is the destination.

The Jesus Prayer is not an achievement.

It is not even the highest form of prayer.

It is a road.
