For most of human history, women experienced life.
Now we watch ourselves live it.
We stare at our faces on Zoom. We record ourselves. Edit ourselves. Compare ourselves. Analyze ourselves. Then compare ourselves to influencers, celebrities, filters, and increasingly, people who don't even exist.
In this episode, I explore the psychological concept of self-objectification—the process of viewing yourself through the eyes of others instead of experiencing yourself from the inside out.

Nobody looked like Instagram.
Nobody looked like AI.
And somehow, that made me feel better about myself.
