Barnaby Rice, insurance investigator was found dead in Lufkin Texas. Someone ate his gastrointestinal tract. Such a specific form of cannibalism alerted the program, which activated four agents to investigate the strange death. Rice was investigating a company selling peptides when he died. What connection does the company have with his death? The agents find a horrific conspiracy lurking in the small town and even worse occult secrets.
