Kevin Swift : Swifty Runs The 50, YouTube & Backyard Ultra 101

<p>Anyone remember the old days when you had to go to the library, to find the information you needed?  These days, a simple Google search or a look on YouTube and you can usually find it.  I began posting videos on YouTube as a reference for folks to see trail races, courses, areas and experiences, and to show my family and friends what I was up to.  Well, so did my guest today, Kevin Swift.
