Lancaster's Food Truck Scene

While digging into the Lancaster food truck scene, an interesting theme emerged. The owners of food trucks, and there are many in Lancaster and the surrounding areas, don’t see each other primarily as competition, but more as part of a collective of sorts. Food trucks can’t be at more than one event at a time, so trucks of similar items find themselves referring each other to events, and trucks with complementary items find themselves at the same events and provide snacks for each other.
