Could the Cote Photo be one of the clearest UFO photographs ever captured? We are joined by filmmakers Adam Pillon and Megan Woomer to explore their new documentary, The Cote Photo, investigating the mysterious disc shaped object photographed over Lake Cote, Costa Rica, during an official government aerial mapping mission in 1971.

We discuss the photo’s government provenance, analysis by Jacques Vallée and Richard Haines, a modern high resolution scan, theories surrounding the object and Lake Cote, and the remarkable story of cartographer Sergio Loaiza. Adam and Megan also share strange synchronicities from making the film and why, more than 50 years later, the Cote Photo remains one of UFO history’s most enduring mysteries.
