Cllr Gayle Ralph has concerns over ReTurn Scheme

Last week Dublin city councilor Gayle Ralph wrote to the CEO of ReTurn(the bottle and can recycling scheme) highlighting major concerns about litter now caused as a result of the scheme and what its costing local authorities.
