#14 | Life and death with A Wilhelm Scream, best worst wedding EVER and Pride

<p>In this episode: life-and-death with Nuno from A Wilhelm Scream, a field trip to a hardcore punk show, a story about the best worst wedding EVER and a story about why Pride is still really important.</p>

<p>We start this episode of Superlatief in English. Martin brought Maryam to Melkweg, Amsterdam to go see one of his favorite bands. Before the show we talk to their lead singer Nuno about a life-and-death adventure that Martin and the band survived in Spain about 16 years ago.</p>

<p>Also we listen to a part of A Wilhelm Scream’s concert, talk through their music and also their support band called Death By Stereo.</p>

<p>After this we switch back to Dutch and talk through the wedding ceremony that Martin officiated a day before the Melkweg-concert and how that wedding holds a story that has got everything to make it a Hollywood movie.</p>

<p>Closing off the episode, Martin talks about an old friend that has just joined Dutch Parliament as the first non-binary person there. She posted a beautiful picture of her family, leading up to Pride and got a shit load of hate on it in response.</p>

<p>In deze aflevering: leven en dood met Nuno van A Wilhelm Scream, een uitstapje naar een hardcorepunkshow, een verhaal over de beste slechtste bruiloft OOIT en een verhaal over waarom Pride nog steeds heel belangrijk is.</p>

<p>We beginnen deze aflevering van Superlatief in het Engels. Martin nam Maryam mee naar de Melkweg, Amsterdam, om een van zijn favoriete bands te zien. Voor de show praten we met hun zanger Nuno over een avontuur op leven en dood dat Martin en de band ongeveer 16 jaar geleden in Spanje overleefden.</p>

<p>Ook luisteren we naar een deel van het concert van A Wilhelm Scream, bespreken hun muziek en ook hun supportband genaamd Death By Stereo.</p>

<p>Daarna schakelen we weer terug naar het Nederlands en praten we over de huwelijksceremonie die Martin de dag voor het Melkweg-concert leidde en hoe die bruiloft een verhaal bevat dat alles heeft om een Hollywoodfilm van te maken.</p>
