A Lot Can Happen Between an Accepted Offer and Closing Day

Getting an accepted offer is a major milestone in any real estate transaction.

For sellers, it can feel like the hard part is over. For buyers, it can feel like they've finally secured the home they've been searching for.

But an accepted offer is not the finish line.
